Due to the nature of housecalls, the Vetmobile operates strictly on an appointment basis. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
All vaccinations appropriate for your individual pet are required to be current prior to any scheduled surgery.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.
Please understand that when you call, your call may be transferred to an answering system. Please leave a message, we will get back to you. If you have an urgent issue please leave a detailed message, messages are checked between every appointment and urgent calls are returned at that time. For routine appointment scheduling and questions, these calls will be returned when time allows or at the end of the day.
This answering system is because Dr Kraus will not answer her phone during your appointment. The time spent with your special pet is YOUR PET'S time, focus will remain on his or her issues.
